Yum Daiquiri!

Serves 1
Don’t let those crazy frozen “daiquiris” turn you off. The original recipe is delicious, and actually really simple. You can also use simple syrup instead of sugar.

  1. 2 ounces light rum (you can also use gold rum, but dark rum can be too heavy)
  2. 3/4 ounce fresh-squeezed lime juice (about 1/2 of a lime)
  3. 1 teaspoon sugar
  1. Pour sugar and lime juice into a cocktail shaker and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add the rum and fill shaker with ice; shake well for 10 seconds and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
  1. Serve with or without ice. Its up to you!
