Asiago Steak Alfredo
Mouth watering steak with tender noodles topped with asiago alfredo an cherry tomatoes and spinach.

For the sauce
  1. 1 stick butter
  2. 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  3. salt and pepper to taste
  4. 2 cups asiago cheese
  5. cherry tomatoes (to be added 5 minutes before plating)
  6. spinach (add as much as you like 5 minutes before plating)
For the Sauce
  1. On low heat mix butter and heavy whipping cream together until mixed completely and begin adding asiago cheese while simmering until you get the desire thickness you would like. Don't forget to add the spinach and cherry tomatoes 5 minutes before you plate.
Steak
  1. Make sure your steak is at room temperature. Coat pan with olive oil and sprinkle your steak with salt and pepper on both sides. Cook steak evenly on both sides (about 4 minutes on each side). Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes. thinly slice steak and sit aside for plating.
Plating
  1. Place your desired amount of noodles on plate, cover with desired amount of sauce and add thinly sliced steak over the sauce. Top with your favorite cheese or left over asiago cheese. Bam!! Dinner has been served!
Notes
  1. Pair with your favorite wine and dinner is served!
