A 62-year-old North Carolina woman was arrested over the weekend after she brought cocaine into the visitation lobby of the Richmond City Jail.
Joyce C. Battle of Halifax, N.C. was arrested Saturday, January 16, after a voluntary search of her pockets revealed a sandwich bag containing a white powdery substance that was later determined to be cocaine. She was charged with possession of a schedule I or schedule II drug, a Class 5 felony.
She was released on $1,500 bond and is due in court this Friday, January 22.

Don't know if the drugs was hers or if she was bringing them to someone but either way......Way to old for such shenanigans.
